He rebuilt the platform's search system from scratch using hybrid retrieval and AI re-ranking, delivering +23% traffic, +11% leads, and 25% fewer drop-offs across 200,000+ programs. He recovered the recommendation engine from a 1.1x to 5.0x lead multiplier, making it the platform's largest lead volume channel. He led the monetization system that contributed to $20M in incremental annual revenue. His convergence strategy connecting search, AdTech, and the logged-in experience was adopted as the company's product vision. He has also scaled the PM team from 1 to 4 and leads a 15-person cross-functional squad.
